Shipping

Our normal delivery time within Germany is 1-2 business days. Be aware that international destinations, holidays, Corona hygiene measures and technical errors can affect the delivery time.

We deliver exclusively with the delivery service DHL.

FAQ about shipping:

• How can I track the shipment?

As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number by e-mail. If you have not received an email after 1-2 business days, contact customer service. They can send you the tracking number.

• What should I do if I can't see any progress in the tracking?

If the scheduled delivery time for your country has been exceeded, please contact our customer service.

We can have a transit time complaint initiated for you with DHL.  According to our experience, the package will now move within the next 24 hours and will be delivered within 48 hours. 

• My order has been dropped off at a DHL branch, although it was supposed to be delivered to my address. Why?

It may be that you were not at home when the order was delivered.

• Do I have to pay shipping multiple times for multiple orders?

You only have to pay shipping once for multiple orders. There is no limit to the number of items in an order.

• Is express shipping available?

Currently we only offer standard DHL shipping with delivery times of 1 - 2 business days.
