Cancellation period

Within the withdrawal period you can return the item. The revocation period is one month (4 weeks) without giving reasons. You can find more information about the revocation here.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

Only items in original packaging that are in compliance with the return policy on our website will be accepted. Include your invoice or order confirmation so we can process your return faster.

You can return the goods with a delivery service of your goods. Please do not send in the manufacturer's carton, always use outer carton to protect the goods.

Delivery with payment by cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Goods that have already been installed cannot be returned.

Refund

After receiving the goods, the item will be checked and stored. After that, the refund will be ordered, in the same way as the original payment was initiated.

Refund processing time depends on the original payment method and can take up to 5 business days.

  • How do I return my item?

  •  Will I receive a confirmation as soon as the goods I sent back arrive? 

As soon as the goods arrive at the receiving department and the item has been checked and stored, we will process the request. In case of a refund you will receive a credit note by e-mail. If there are any problems with the shipment, customer service will contact you.

  • Will I receive a confirmation of the refund? 

 After processing the return, you will receive the credit note by email.  

  • How can I speed up the processing of my refund / warranty? 

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Please note that we receive a lot of shipments every day. Returns are processed every day and refunds are initiated after the fact. The time may extend because of your original payment method.

  • Can I get a refund before the merchandise arrives in the warehouse? 

Refunds are not available in advance. Only after the merchandise has been inspected and there are no discrepancies will the refund be initiated.

  • I have received a message regarding a refund, but do not see the money in my account. What should I do? 

You will receive payment the same way it was originally initiated. For a debit card payment, you may also not see the payment on your statement until the end of the month. Once a credit has been issued, you can be sure that the money is on its way to you. If you have any problems, contact customer service.

  • What should I do if the packaging is damaged? 

Please check the contents for damage. If the item was delivered damaged, please report it to customer service and arrange for a return.

  • What should I do if the order is incomplete or the package is empty? 

Please report this problem to customer service. To do so, send a photo of the shipment with the order number and a brief description of the problem.
