Currently we only offer the options that are indicated on the website.

• Why did my payment not arrive?

Please check your transfer for typing errors.

• Can I place an order without registering an account?

You can place an order as a guest.

• Where can I find the bank details to pay by bank transfer?

In the order confirmation you received after placing the order you will find the bank details as well as the reason for payment and the amount.

• If I order and pay today, when will the package be shipped? 

The package will be shipped to you on the next business day.

• How can I speed up the processing of orders with bank transfer?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to speed up the process, the order will be shipped automatically after the payment is received.

• Which payment methods are accepted?

You can find the possible payment options on our website. We offer PayPal, Amazon Pay and credit card as payment methods, among others.

• Can I order by phone?

It is not possible to order by phone or e-mail.
