You have the possibility to open your own account in our store and save your personal data. In addition, you can store vehicles in your garage, which significantly shortens and simplifies the spare parts search.

FAQ My account:

• I have forgotten my password.

Please click on the "Forgot your password?" field. Then enter your email address in the field and we will send you a link to reset your password.

• I clicked on "Forgot your password?" but did not receive an email to reset my password. What should I do?

Please also check your Spam/Junk folder, often these emails end up there.

• How do I change my account email address?

Log in to your account and click on "Change data".  

• I am a legal entity. How do I make an order without VAT?

Register on our website with the company name and valid tax number. The invoice will be issued in net.

• I can't find my country on the delivery list. Why?

We deliver only to EU countries, except Croatia. It may be that our delivery service does not deliver to your destination.

• How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

When you open a newsletter, you will find an unsubscribe link in the footer (at the very bottom). Simply click on it and you will not receive any more emails in the future.
